Parsley Health is the first medical service designed to heal chronic illness and optimize women’s health. As our culture shifted to a fully virtual world with a heightened urgency to take care of our health, Parsley needed to expand its reach to give more people access to holistic care. 

A brand refresh helped Parsley do two things: tell aspirational member stories that showcase how Parsley is your partner in health, and educate people on the power and benefits of functional medicine in a warm and direct way.

 
 
 
 
 

Parsley meets it’s patients wherever they are on their health journey, and the new visuals needed to shift the perspective from focusing on “us” to focusing on “you”. By showing real human emotion paired with scientific and biophilic images, the combination brings both credibility and beauty, while depicting transformational results for patients.

 
 
 

The simplified color palette acts as a compliment to the art direction to help the brand feel warm yet bold, and anchoring the palette in nature.

 
 
 
 
 

Consistent and clear iconography build trust with members and helps them quickly find what they need.

 
 
 
 
 

We captured lifestyle photography that depicted each aspect of Parsley’s holistic approach—conventional medicine, advanced testing, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, supplements, and virtual care.

The Parsley Health consideration journey is long, and because of it’s innovative approach to healthcare, the website needed an overhaul to better educate the audience on what and how Parsley can help, and drive a quicker conversion rate.

 
 
 
 
 
 

The social strategy was to educate followers on how holistic medicine works and how it can transform their life. Parsley’s Instagram became the number one channel to position the brand at the forefront of the health industry on social.

Parsley member stories are a powerful way to tell the end-to-end customer story, and inspire others to reclaim their health. This campaign aimed to show the root-cause approach in action and how it helps women uncover and understand what’s going on with their bodies so they can live healthy, fulfilling lives.
